Refunds and cancellation
Nothing is for sale yet, so nothing has been charged and there is nothing to refund. This page exists so the policy is visible before, not after, there is a way to pay.
When a paid tier exists
- You will be able to cancel at any time, from a self-service portal, without emailing anyone.
- Cancelling will stop future renewals and leave you with the time you have already paid for. We will not cut a paid term short.
- A refund request within 14 days of a charge will be honoured.
- Prices, the billing interval and any taxes will be shown before you pay, in the currency you will actually be charged in.
